Website hosting and analytics
The website does not contain a contact form, advertising tracker, or non-essential cookie. It is hosted through GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. GitHub may process limited technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and protect the website.
We use Umami Cloud for privacy-focused website analytics. It records aggregated information such as pages visited, referral and campaign information, approximate country, browser and device characteristics, and selected actions such as opening the sample report, clicking the Calendly link, or using the email-copy button. The analytics do not receive the contents of emails, Calendly booking fields, or the sample report. Umami does not set analytics cookies or track visitors across websites. Analytics data is configured to reside in Umami's European Union region, and the tracker respects a browser's Do Not Track setting.
When you contact us
If you send an email, we process the contact information and message you provide to answer the inquiry, assess engagement fit, maintain relevant business correspondence, and protect against abuse. Do not send source code, credentials, non-public vulnerabilities, incident evidence, or other sensitive product information through the initial contact email.
When you book a call
Booking links open Calendly, an external scheduling service. Calendly and the connected Google Calendar process the name, email address, time zone, meeting details, and any answers you provide to schedule and administer the call. Their own privacy terms apply on their services. Do not include source code, credentials, non-public vulnerabilities, incident evidence, or other sensitive product information in booking fields.
Legal basis and retention
Contact information is processed where necessary to respond to your request, take steps toward a possible contract, or pursue the legitimate interest of relevant business development. Privacy-focused analytics are processed for the legitimate interests of understanding whether this website is useful, measuring outreach effectiveness, and improving the service. Inquiry and analytics records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by GitHub for website hosting, Umami Software, Inc. for website analytics, Namecheap and Google for business email and calendar services, Calendly for scheduling, and relevant providers used for professional advice. Before accepting customer-confidential or highly sensitive material, we agree the relevant confidentiality, storage, access, subprocessor, retention, and deletion terms separately.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. You may also object to direct marketing at any time by replying to the message or contacting the address above.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the website or data-handling process changes.
